Make quinoa ahead of time and store in a tupperware in the fridge so you can enjoy a warm, protein-packed breakfast all week long!
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- sprinkle with cinnamon
- Place cooked quinoa in a bowl and add the almond milk. Microwave for about 1 minute or until warm.
- Add the walnuts, lemon zest, blueberries, cinnamon and enjoy!
